Menu Highlights:
Fireside Grilled Steak – cooked over an open flame, finished with freshly-made chimichurri.
Roasted Rosemary Potatoes – golden, crisp, seasoned with sea salt & black pepper.
Grilled Caesar Salad – charred romaine hearts, shaved Parmesan, fire-toasted croutons & classic dressing.
Dessert – summer berries over vanilla bean ice cream with a fresh cream sauce
