CH Equine Riding Clinics & Education

Riding Clinics at CH Equine in Brighton, CO

CH Equine clinics are a fun and inspiring way to improve both your horsemanship and your horse’s education. They are incredibly motivating, too. Clinic topics vary, but the focus is always on lightness, softness, and clear communication. With Cody’s teaching style, movements such as lead changes, stops, lateral work, collection, and more become easy to understand and apply. Cody does an excellent job of assessing the individual needs of every horse and rider. Clinic topics are discussed thoroughly so everyone has a clear picture of what to do and what is expected. Even with a variety of rider levels and horse experience, each participant is taught according to their own ability, confidence, and knowledge.

Clinic Details

Clinics are an important part of ongoing education and are a great way to work through concepts that may be harder to fully develop in a weekly lesson. The extended, focused time — paired with Cody’s guidance — creates an ideal learning environment for real progress. Every rider leaves the clinic knowing exactly what to work on afterward, so they continue improving between clinics and are ready to build on new skills next time.

Clinic riders must bring their own horse and should be comfortable at a controlled walk and trot. Clinics typically run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00–4:00 p.m. daily, and a 1 to 1.5-hour lunch break.

Auditors are always welcome!
